“Great stay”

“They did not have door stoppers, so the door knob went into the wall. The bathroom doors did not lock. The air conditioning was ah. The breakfast was literally just sausage, eggs and dry biscuits.”

“They only cleaned our room twice in the 9 days we stayed there. Every time we went to the front desk to ask why they did not clean or what their cleaning schedule was, we kept getting a different answer. None of the housekeepers spoke English so we could not communicate with them directly.”

“The room was generally clean--but there was a bad odor on the floor I stayed on and the threshold of my room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. There was a huge crack in the bathroom counter in front of the sink and the shower nozzle had a mind of it's own sometimes, sliding up to hot-hot when I moved it to warm-hot. Also, there was no screen on my window--so I couldn't open it at night. I think there...

“Filthy place. Thick dust on coffee machine & vents. Mold in fridge which also leaked on the floor. Dirty shower, floor, and towels were stained. Our room was $100 for one night. Should have slept in the car.”

“Somewhat difficult to find, but friendly front desk in large lobby. Clean, well maintained and quiet rooms with excellent lighting. Hot breakfast above average. Excellent value.”

“The Comfort Inn was nestled in a great quiet area with easy access to I65. The bed was comfortable. Walked across the street to a great restaurant. Then drove a quarter mile to the Galleria mall for some walking/shopping. Would stay again.”

“Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen.”

“Oh man it was delish!! fresh scrambled eggs and sausage patties! there was so much to choose from. Our room was fantastic. just what we needed. however we never found a fridge. was there one? We'd never heard of Drury Plaza Hotels before this trip. but now we will always look for Drury Hotels. ”
