“Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. “The place smelled like pee and cigarettes. No smoking signs with cigarettes laying around everywhere. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The picture shows a full kitchen and we only had 2 burners and no oven to cook in. The town of Cary is a beautiful place but the room was nothing like advertised.”

My favorite part of this unit was the foldout to the pet-forward fully-enclosed patio. Felt completely safe and comfortable leaving my dog out to bask in the sun (her favorite activity) while doing other things in the unit. “We enjoyed a quick stay in Chatham County. It was very clean inside, despite the age of the home. The porches and porch chairs could have used a hose off before we arrived! It is very close to the road, but the host was thoughtful and provided a sound machine and earplugs in the bedside drawers. Very comfortable bed. It was a great little place.”

“Very clean and cute. Too small for a large dog like ours. The patio area was much needed for him. The neighborhood is terrible. It’s not a safe area and it’s full of trash and broken glass and strange men hanging around. The place is fine but the neighborhood isn’t.”
