"The room we were in, 1401, had no air conditioning. The hotel was completely booked because of the hurricanes parade and there were no rooms we could move to. The staff was less than helpful and we ended up checking out a night early because of no ac. Will never stay here again. Absolutely, ..."

"I was underwhelmed by the property. The room was dirty and it was dead cockroaches in it and the air in my room did not work. The only reason I did not put a 1 star is because the front desk associate who helped me was nice and tried their best to be hospitable."
