“Staff were very friendly and helpful. They switched us to a first floor room when they noticed my wife's limited mobility during check-in. Noel in particular helped out with getting me on the hotel WiFi. The room was very nice, and it actually was close to a short walk leading to the handicap parking spaces, so we didn't have to go halfway across the building and out through the lobby. Housekeeping did a fine job as well. Breakfast was good , too.”

“This is a very nice Marriott Hotel. Quiet, clean, short drive to downtown Chapel Hill and UNC Hospital and University. Harris Teeter grocery store and other shopping within 5 min. The staff is friendly and efficient. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in the area of this hotel and enjoyed my stay very much.”

“The Hampton Inn and suites is a gorgeous hotel from the inside and out, the staff wonderfully open hearted and friendly. The only issue I had was the security in the parking garage. I stayed for one night in the designated area for hotel patrons and the next morning. I woke up to find slices of cheese covering my car. After an hour of scrubbing residue off my car I still had to pay for a car wash. ”
