“Rooms are always clean and in working order. Easy in and out. Whenever we needed extra towels or other items they were promptly brought to our room.”

“Room was clean. Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms have a kitchen. Isolated but stores with in easy car ride. They do take dogs and one dog whined all night but other than that? Nice hotel”

“Same repeat breakfast every morning. Loud HVAC unit in closet in the bedroom made it impossible to sleep. Someone smoking weed in their room and stench spreading through hallways. Not as good here as it used to be.”

“The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked...

“The room was very basic—it doesn’t even have a hair dryer. The mattress reminds me of the those from the 70’s with creaking metal springs. I was shocked to see that those types of mattresses is still being used.”

“I suggest getting breakfast somewhere else, horrible in my opinion. And I go on the other side of the bed and I see a moldy fruit or something, had to at least be there for weeks. And I spent 10 minutes trying to find the wifi password because it says find the code and its on the card package. Then we were like "Oh let's go to the pool." Well we couldn't do that because we couldn't see the bottom of the pool and there was an open bleach bottle in the pool. Need to do better.”

“Breakfast was excellent..room clean but the carpet had a foul smell..i suggest they get rid of carpets..staffs were friendly...”

“The whole place had an awful mildewy smell. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. We booked for 4 days and the housekeeper didn’t come to our room once even though I had called multiple times and asked them to. Literally stay anywhere else!!”

“Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...
