“The pool was broke, most ice machines were broke, 1 elevator was broke and the working one would bounce you around floors picking up passengers going up and down before making it to your destination. Breakfast was very nice. Room was spacious. ”

“I didn't read enough when booking the stay and didn't realize the check in process was virtual. I was caught off guard by there not being someone to check me in, but the process was super easy to do on my phone and customer service was friendly and fast to respond via text. Was only there for one night but there are multiple restaurants in walking distance. I had a fantastic bowl of ramen at noodle boulevard and came back and played a couple of games of pool in the lounge. My suite was clean...
