Main Level (Ground Floor): An open-plan living room with fresh decor, comfortable seating, Smart TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient powder room (guest toilet). Opens to a private terrace featuring a hanging egg chair swing and outdoor dining.

Upper Level: Two quiet, air-conditioned bedrooms providing total privacy away from the living area, alongside two full modern bathrooms. Includes a private balcony for each bedroom with direct views of the sunset over Souda Bay or swimming pool.

2.5 Bathrooms: Generous layout with 2 full upstairs bathrooms + 1 downstairs powder room, a huge convenience for families or two couples traveling together.
