Villa Layout

Arrival & Entrance
Pass through the main gate and follow the private downhill drive to the parking area. A set of exterior stairs leads down to the main entrance door (note: not suitable for guests with mobility issues).

Ground Floor
Step straight into a fully equipped kitchen. To your left is a comfortable living room with A/C, and to your right is a bathroom with a shower, along with a bedroom featuring two connected single beds with A/C.

Upper Level
Internal stairs lead up to the primary suite with a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom with A/C. The attached veranda offers the absolute best, wide-open sea view on the property.

Outdoor Grounds
A covered dining space with a table for four sits alongside an open sun deck complete with sunbeds, a lounge area, a wood pizza oven for outdoor cooking, and the private jacuzzi facing the sea.

Free parking area at the property.

Accessibility
Due to the steep hillside setting and the exterior steps to reach the front door, this villa is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility challenges.
