“Rooms are clean Staff is helpful and pleasant There is ample space to hang out in the lobby or play cards at the eating area Its a very large main area The area is safe Lots of food areas and close to 75 to get moving in the morning”

“Best hotel we have been to in a while. Clean, we'll taken care of. Basic furnishings but modern. Id be happy if all of my hotels were the same.”

“The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. “Staff were exceptionally helpful. Multiple room keys didn't work and people had to return to the front desk because we couldn't enter our rooms. The pool was never opened, and the fitness room was inaccessible. The parking was adequate. Housekeeping staff were exceptional.”

“A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.”

“The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that...

“BED BUGS! Run away from this one. Looks questionable to begin with, pool was closed in the middle of summer for no known reason, room was dingy, but we also found bed bugs. I ended up getting a refund but had to have Expedia intervene to do so.”

“Check in is at 4. We arrived at 2 and had to pay a $20 early check in fee. Fine place to stay if you are arriving after 4. Will find a different place to stay next time.”

“This location was delightful! We arrived late and the pool was still open so the kids could get their road trip energy out. There were delicious cookies, the staff were ALL so kind and friendly, and the view over the lake was exceptional. Great stay, delicious breakfast, and 25 hr coffee. Happy parents, happy kids.”
