“Friendly and helpful staff. All around clean and inviting!!!”

“The room smelled like bug spray, there was mouse poo on one of the beds, there was old food behind the night stand, there were no hangers, no batman, no hand towel, the toilet was gross, the tub had so much hair in it I could have made a wig and under the sink had used kleenex's, some other junk and best of all.. someone else's hat, last but not least the bathroom counter was broken, not just cracked...broken which they attempted to cover up by putting our stained bath towels on. “Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on.”

“Self check in/out made the process simple! The room was large and had a great air conditioning window unit. The walk from downtown Stillwater was around 10 minutes and it was nice to be removed from all the bars/noise.”

“The hotel was quiet. The rooms were well furnished, plenty of space for suitcases and counterspace/desk for placing personal items. An easy to use TV remote! Very nice breakfast buffet! ”

“It is a beautiful hotel with cool rock walls throughout it. We were disappointed in how loud our room was, we were right above the road and by the stop sign. We had roaring motorcycles,.... But the other thing was the lack of a chair or anything else in our room. It was basically a bed and bureau.”
