“Die Kommunikation mit Hellen war hervorragend, so dass wir die Unterkunft sofort fanden und der Check-in problemlos verlief. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte und Einkehrmöglichkeiten waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Wenn wir mal wieder im Lake District Urlaub machennwillen, kommen wir gerne wieder!”

“We spent four nights recently in Serendipity in the Lakelands complex in Ambleside. We were delighted to find it clean, comfortable and well located with just steps to the local Tesco, shops and restaurants. The king-sized bed was very comfortable.
