Enjoy your stay in Appleton in this clean, comfortable, and newly remodeled 2 BR/1 bath apartment! This apartment is centrally located in the desired north side of Appleton, a short drive from downtown.

While you're located in a paramount spot, our apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to the local supermarket, restaurants, hospitals, and Hwy I-41.

Wifi and free parking are included.

Two Bedroom and one bath apartment on the second floor. We have a fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and a bright and comfortable living room for you to enjoy. Off-street parking is available, and we are 1.5 miles from the ThedaCare Regional Medical Center and 3 miles from downtown.

Both of our bedrooms feature a premium memory foam mattress with down-filled topper, and two pillows per guest. Next to the beds you will find a nightstand complete with a reading light, phone charging station, and books.

Bedroom 1 - The Cactus Room: queen sized bed with a built in dresser and closet. Snuggle underneath the warm blankets and stream your favorite shows or movie with our 42 inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 2 - The Space Room: queen sized bed, dresser, and closet. Enjoy the street view window and cozy up with your favorite shows or movie with our 42 inch Smart TV.

Kitchen: a variety of pots and pans so you can whip up dinner for you and your family, a romantic meal for two, or save money by eating at home before going out. A large fridge is available to hold your leftovers from nearby restaurants. The youngest members of your family will be able to enjoy dinner with you in the provided high chair and their own plastic cutlery.

Bathroom: all the essentials after a long day of work or tourism. Our bathtub is perfect for families with kids, or for those wishing to relax. The bright white fixtures and walls will help you get your morning glow!

Appleton is situated on the Fox River, 30 miles southwest of Green Bay and 100 miles north of Milwaukee.

Appleton is a part of the Fox Cities metropolitan area, the third largest in the state behind Milwaukee and Madison.

Appleton serves as the heart of the Fox River Valley, which is home to Lawrence University, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Fox River Mall, Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium, Appleton International Airport, and the Valley's two major hospitals: St. Elizabeth Hospital and ThedaCare Regional Medical Center–Appleton. It also hosts regional events such as Octoberfest and the Mile of Music.

Uber and Lyft are easy to use and abundant in the area. If you have a car, the cities are easy to navigate and there is free off street parking.

Cozy Place to Stay When Visiting Appleton

It was cozy as advertised. It was located in a pretty quiet area with easy accessibility to all things Appleton and beyond. It was a good place and I'd stay there again without reservation if it's available.
