A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.

The carpet on the staircase was never vacumed, same chunks of dirt were there through out my 6 day stay. The milk cartons for breakfast were not very cold and I had one that had turned and was curtled. My original room had a shared door, that I could hear everything from the adjoining room. Staff was able to move my room quickly.

Hotel was ok. We were in town for an AAU basketball tournament. Pool water was cold (65 degrees) so my kids were disappointed - it’s such a nice big pool area too so it’s too bad we couldn’t use it other than hot tub; walls in rooms seem thin - we were on first floor & people above us kinda loud; I would recommend a higher floor. Heat/AC in room hard to regulate. Can’t just run the fan either to help with white noise. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staff.

We had a great time, from check in to check out. Beth, the front desk clerk, was friendly and bubbly and happy to help. The room was beautifully appointed and very, very clean. The bed was comfy and both TVs were newer and and big. We will definitely stay here againE

The hot tub was gross, the carpeting in the hallways and elevator are nasty, the parking lot is very small. The staff is excellent and the room cleanliness is good!

Great Customer Service
Isiah at the front desk was warm and friendly and checked us in quickly. He went above and beyond trying to do his best! The rooms were nice, pool area and breakfasts good! There was some noise from n our floor throughout the night but we ran the fan constantly and were able to drown out most of it. Nice location close to many restaurants and shopping.

Family getaway
Great accommodations, clean, comfortable bed and linens, very nice gathering space for group and morning breakfast...food good, well presented and maintained.. staff all very pleasant, helpful and friendly Will definitely come back on our next trip to Appleton....location fantastic for many activities, shopping, restaurants etc

I was in town for my son's hockey tournament. Got to the hotel at 2 pm and asked them if I could check in. They told me my room was ready but there was a early check in fee so I decided to wait. Came back at 4 30 pm. Checked in and take the elevator up. Get off the elevator and there was a guy walking ahead of us. He stops at our room and goes in. My wife and I just look at each other. Went back to the desk and told them someone is in our room. They looked at the computer and said nobody is in there and I said someone just walked into my room. They couldn't figure out who it was. This could have gone wrong in so many ways. They told me they would have to give me a different room but wasn't ready at 4 30 so we had to sit around for 40 minutes until our new room was ready. They also told me there would be special amenities in the room(nothing). I the long run I stayed 2 nights and tried to talk to a manager but nobody available. Wasn't happy with how they handled this problem I called today, a week later, and talked to a manager and she didn't know anything about this

We liked the prompt service as the hot tub in our room didn't work. What we didn't like was the housekeeper knocking on our door, a phone call about missing things, and all the slamming doors and heavy footsteps. It made for a jarring stay when what we wanted to do was relax.

The staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast options were okay. I would only liked to see that there was some no pork option daily. (In the hot option part) I would stay here again.

Everything was great! Great rooms , beds and pillows . Great staff. One small thing is ; we got one regular coffee and one decaf coffee in room. two regular coffees seems the norm. The brunch is great and the workers in there are friendly and wonderful.

Check in was ok. The first room we were put into was most definitely not clean. There was a grape on the floor and it was pretty evident it hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair everywhere. There was dried liquid (coffee, maybe?) on the nightstand. Oh, and the smell in that room was pretty awful. I went to the desk to request a different room. There was a really nice lady taking care of another guest while 3 employees were just outside of the desk area carrying and not offering any help. The lady at the desk did promptly give me keys to a new room to move to. By the time i got back up to the original room to move, employees had already let themselves in where the rest of my party was waiting for me. They didn't even knock. We got to the other room just to find surfaces hadn't been wiped down and there was, again, food and what appeared to be a toenail, under the nightstand. The carpeting throughout the hallway and in the rooms are badly stained and need replacing. The lobby door opened and closed for over an hour and a half with nobody attempting to fix it. Outside of the polite lady at the desk who gave us a new room, I would say this place was a fail. Everybody understands staffing is a challenge, perhaps thry should shut down some rooms and only fill what they are able to handle appropriately.

Hygiene questionable
Our first room smelled terribly of mildew and was not clean. Replacement room smelled fine, but the bathroom fixtures and soap dish were not clean. Overall, not the nicest facility for the price.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly & helpful. The room was nice & clean- except for a dirty pillowcase.The pool & hot tub were nice! The breakfast was kept fully stocked & was hot & delicious. The only complaint I had was a dirty pillowcase. I didn't say anything to anyone about this while we were at the hotel. At 4 am I was awakened by a snow plow. I'm thankful they plowed- but that was too early for me! We woll definitely stay here again & recommend others do the same!!

The property was nice and location was great! However, the housekeeping in my room was less than expected. There was a hairball under the bathroom sink, a hair in the toilet and the nightstand was not wipes off because I could see the outline of where cups had been. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one time incident, I’ve stayed at other properties by them and have had no issues.

Great stay
Cozy, relaxing, and roomy. Great spot to unwind on your long journey or just to get away. The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom just makes everything better. Carpet and furniture was a little dirty but easy for cleaner to overlook. Met all my needs and requirements to make the stay a great experience.

The rooms felt as though you could hear through them. The room above us ran their tub at 3am and it sounded like they were in our room. The next am the floor was vibrating. There is something wrong with the structure of this building. We shared this with staff before we left. Very disappointing, not good sleep at all.
