“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes. “Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from Expedia. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.”

“The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable. ”
