  • Experience Clarks Hill Lake in Luxury! This large estate (brown one on the right) features 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, that sleeps 20. One of the unique features of this home is the game room featuring an arcade with over 3500 games, foosball, shuffle board, and ping pong. The home also has a dock for your use, basketball hoop, disc golf, fire pit and rectec smoker in the common areas. The home is also pet friendly so bring friends and fido for some truly amazing memories!

    This listing is for the brown house only, but it is truly a unique find on Clarks Hill Lake with he sheer size and elegance. Feel comfortable and have plenty of space with 11 beds and 6.5 baths, there is PLENTY of room to space out.

    The house has much to do. Feel free to bring your boat and store it under the dock. There is lots of space with covered parking on the property, so don't worry about your trailer. Lots of things for kids to do, they can play or kayak in the cove at the lake, disc golf, basketball, ping pong, or the amazing game room! There are plenty of board games throughout the home for those fun nights playing games as a family.

    -This house has 6 bedrooms, each with a designated/private bath.
    *Main level- Master bath with a King bed, bathroom with a tub and separate shower.
    *Upstairs - Bunk room with 3 queen beds. Bathroom is across the hall with tub/shower combo
    - Queen bed with twin bed window sleeper. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
    - Queen bed with full bed window sleeper. Ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
    *Basement - Large room with 2 queen beds. Shower only.
    - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom tub/shower combo.

    All rooms have private tv's.

    Basement Features and arcade room with additional living area and a kitchenette.


    *** This house is on a large property on the Clarks Hill Lake, It is 1 of 2 vacation homes on the property. The fire pit, basketball court, and dock are common areas. Please be courteous of other guests. (If you would like to rent both homes, reach out, or there is a listing for that).
