“Room was clean and tidy, new bedding and pillows. Kettle, fridge was provided. No iron was in room or available from reception. Bathroom was clean and tidy, large in size. Shower was faulty not giving hot water, took few requests before it was changed promptly within few mins. Used for few days without hot water. Room service was excellent.. Towels given when requested and room cleaned mid week. Soap bars bit hard to use so bought own. Has large foyer area with ac for sitting and waiting...

“Alhamdulillah, Hotel management and staff were really supportive. They allow late check in and arrange my travel from Madina to Mecca. Though room's furniture and interior was old but it is ok because it is budget friendly. From prophet mosque 15 to 18 min walking distance. ”
