“The room was spacious but a bit outdated. The curtains were in bad shape, could hear all the noise from outside. Fridge was quite loud, after finished the two bottles of water, none was replaced and toilet roll nearly finished too. The room door worked by card but the card stopped working on daily basis and had an occasion that the safe didnt open and I needed call staff to resolve the issue. I paid one night extra too that didnt really use in full due flight times.”

“The location is good,and the service is excellent,but the bathroom needs a new water tap and washing basin they are completely unusable,the hotel management should changing this immediately , breakfast is also unacceptable”

“A localização é muito boa e beneficia de ter uma parada de transporte bem proxima. No quarto so havia uma toalha, não havia papel higiênico e mesmo ao ser requisitado o serviço não foi eficiente. Durante a houve falta de agua quente ao chegarmos da rua. ”

“No electric plugs anywhere near the work table nor the kitchen, nor the electric kettle. No hot water to shower on the first 3 days of my stay. No daily room cleaning. The name of the hotel is not on the front entrance, and the phone number listed is incorrect and irresponsive. Overall lousy hotel that should not be listed on Hotels.com because it lacks international standards.”

“Room was stinking and Hotel.com shows neyara Almalaz 5 but google map does not show such property and had to search one hour for this property. finally property name was Al Muhaidb residence. why this name is showing as Neyara Almalaz5? it was so frustrating searching ”
