Our second stay here, we had another enjoyable stay. A little further up the hill from shops, but ski bus during the day and the free taxi service in the evening makes this not an issue at all. It is ski in/ski out from the back of the property. Would recommend and probably will be returning next year

This is not really a hotel but rather a privately owned apartment that is managed likely by a third party. Virtually no amenities like shampoo, toothpaste, body wash were provided. Even tissues and toilet paper were minamally supplied. Space for storing luggage cases and ski clothing not large. Bathroom large but not pleasant. Location good and swimming pool and massage pool very nice. Has onsite restaurant but regular menu items perhaps a little expensive compared to restaurants in nearby village.

Great facilities and location above the resort is well served by either Flaine area ski/shuttlebus or in the evening the hotel operates an on demand minibus which was a great help. Handy to ski in/out and pool and health spa were good also.

Very nice property. Very helpful staff. Happy with the upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment! Ski in / ski out worked well - but you do need a lift pass which can be a problem if you are buying daily or on the first day skiing. Swimming pool / spa area can get very busy late in the afternoon. We went in last week of the season - the supermarket in the sister property had very little food to buy.

Nous sommes arrivés le lundi a 17h00, dès l'arrivée nous avons dû régler la taxe de séjour et le séjour de notre animal. Il y a eu une erreur de facturation ! Pour un séjour de 11 jours nous avons réglé 15 jours. Le premier jour la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas, Tom est passé mais non réparé, nous y sommes retourné et il nous l'ont échangé. Le troisième jour le lave lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas... il fût réparé dans la journée. Un ménage était prévu en milieu de séjour nous avons donc demandé le samedi quand aurait lieu celui-ci. Nous n'étions pas sur le planning, la responsable nous a inscrit pour le lendemain dans la journée a notre demande étant absent. Surprise lors de notre retour rien n'était fait, nous sommes donc allés a l'accueil... nous n'étions pas sur le planning soit disant un oubli, la responsable l'avait noté devant nous en premier sur l'agenda. On nous a proposé le lendemain ou le jour même a 18 heures ce que nous avons choisis. Nous avions souhaité un lit de deux personnes et deux lits jumeaux, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux jumeaux dans la chambre et un canapé lit a déplié tous les jours non confortable. The sofabed was horrible to sleep on. They could/would not do anything about it the first day. We could not be the first to complain about that. The second day they changed it. Exchange with af sofabed from another room?

Had a great stay, amazing views, nice comfy apartments with everything you need for a self catering stay. Maybe a little on the small size, so if possible book a size up. We are a family of 3 and had a 2 bed apartment for 6 which was fine...any smaller we probably would have struggled for space! Lovely pool area, although more sun beds would be useful in the summer months. Short walk to Flaine Foret and lots of activities in town. Lovely stay, would definitely return!

Very friendly staff. Very clean apartments. Excellent shuttle service if you don't want to walk into Flaine Foret (walk is 15 mins). Fresh bread and croissant's can be collected from reception each morning. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Easy ski in ski out (I have seen some people complain that there is a short flat section on the ski out - ignore them. There are plenty of spots around the grand Massif where a small amount of poling is required) There were 4 of us so we decided to take the superior apartment with two dedicated bedrooms, both en-suite. This left the living area free to relax instead of using the sofa bed. (I have also seen criticism from some that 6 would be cramped and they are just trying to squeeze folk in - wrong, it's an apartment, you decide how cramped you want to be and the cost per head goes down) I would definitely return.

Hotel was lovely. Not sure it is a 5 star but was good value and met our needs The only downside was the locker room for the ski’s is was very cramped and not enough seats therefore. Every morning and afternoon it gets packed and you cannot move.

Perfect spot for a stay in the Alps.
We had a very good experience at this Apart-Hotel. The service from the beginning was very helpful and friendly. The spa area was fantastic and the view from the outdoor pool was beautiful. The room as the most important part was well furnished and homely. With everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only negative point I could make was that for being 5 star rated the room could have been cleaner. Silly things like dirt behind doors but nothing to really get annoyed about and the rest of the hotel was very clean. We ate in the restaurant once. It was very nice with good service. All in all 9/10.

Tres bon sejour. Conforme à la descrption lors de notre recherche. Personnel agreable. Literie chambre confortable mais le canape du salon est a revoir. Matelas bon mais le canape a ressorts a l ancienne semblait fragile pour 2 adultes et le simple fair de respirer le faisait grincer atrocement. C est notre fille plus legere qui en a hérité. Sinon super sejour. Piscine propre ainsi que hammam et jacuzzi. Etablissement calme et confortable

Perfect position, comfort and facilities
Good value for money. Great for ski in ski out. The rooms were very well equipped with great views of the mountains. We would definitely go back. The pool was great after a hard days skiing. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 4 people. I think it would be a bit of a squeeze for 6. We enjoyed being away from the centre of Flaine, with convenience of the hotel shuttle or the free ski bus if we wanted to go into town.

Would I stay here again?
Good location for family ski in ski out, slope access from level 3, then 1 small chairlift and a tiny blue run to Flaine foret, button lift and same chair lift on the way back. Room was VERY small, we had a 1 bed that was more like a studio, felt like we were continually moving furniture to make room and was also starting to become a little tired, could do with some tlc. Would I stay here again? Only if it was half the price.

Lovely hotel, shame about the staff..
It was a perfect hotel, other than the staff and the dog that lived in the lobby along with the constant wet dog smell. The apartments were very clean and accommodating, if you needed extra towels, slippers, toilet paper there was no fuss. The apartments are fully equipped, everything you have at home! The staff however literally just pointed us to the direction of our room and expected we knew everything about the hotel/area. We found out multiply things only on the last day from a waitress at the local pub about our hotel that would have benefitted us through-out our 9 night stay at this hotel; ‘Free taxis’ being the main one! There was also some miscommunication over the phone before we booked our trip which caused us not being able to ski on our last day. I feel the staff should have confirmed and double checked everything before personally showing us to our apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recomend it to a friend.
