Great little renovated friendly clean & homely motel with wonderfully helpful & friendly staff! Highly recommend this motel & when coming through the area again it will be my first choice!!

Clean & comfortable, walking distance to town 1.2 km. Reasonably quiet, little bit of road transport noise from bypass. Would definitely use this property again. Enjoyed our stay.

In an excellent location to everything. Easy access to the highway to or from Melbourne. Loved the car parks, larger than usual and some were undercover. Staff upon booking in & out were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if in Aararat

We recently stayed at the Ararat Motor Inn and was blown away by the excellent service provided by Michael, our host. He was so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this motel for their exceptional customer service and comfy rooms.

The owners go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They clean rooms to an excellent level. The bed and linen is A1 comfortable. Cosy yet not too soft A nice topper on the mattress made sure of this. Bathroom lovely accessible and clean with ample towels. They even put on the heating so the room was warm when we arrived just after 8:45pm. Reception contacts you via text if you will be late and explains which room is open for you. So simple. Family room business with high marks due to them.

There was not one thing that could have been done better. Little things like plenty of bench space, chairs with arm rests, electric blankets, Foxtel and internet access. Expectations around the basics like cleanliness, and creature comforts were all exceeded,prompting this- my first ever revue.
