“This was our first time staying in an onsen hotel. The property is loaded with amenities: an on-site hot and cold water onsen, a lounge with 24 hours of free drinks, a happy hour with wine included. Our room was gorgeous, with tatami mat floors and comfortable beds they set up. We had a glass wall shower and views of Lake Biwaka. My only criticism is that some of the furnishings seem a bit dated. But everything else was spectacular.”
