When we reported the issue to the front desk, we were told no other rooms were available, and our concern was dismissed without meaningful assistance. “The pool/hot tub do not look like pictures. The umbrellas were broken, the pool had cigarette buds at the bottom and there were trash around pool left behind by other guest. There was no trash cans by pool. Also the rooms are very compact especially the restroom. To use the bathroom or shower you have to maneuver a certain way into restroom just so you can close the door. ”
