“Check-in was easy. Staff was so friendly. Booked the reservation on the same day. Room was SO clean and tidy. GREAT kitchenette. There were two of us with some food allergies so having that kitchen with a bigger fridge and proper freezer was a God-send. VERY comfortable bed and shower was luxurious. “I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. “Hallways hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Whole place smells like a wet dog. Elevators seem like they are 2 minutes away from falling apart. Pool table felt was ripped and dirty. arcades are not even plugged in. This place basically looks like a cheap strip club from grand theft auto.”
