“I really liked this Hyatt. It's in a great location. From the roof pool you can watch the planes go over the little mountain right next to the property and it is pretty cool. The staff was definitely helpful and the parking garage and its lay out was easy and I could see my srt from the hotel window. Will stay again.”

“The bathroom door and bedroom door does not stay closed. They open in a couple of seconds after you close it. It was just so annoying our entire stay. When you turn off the Main light switch to this room located by the front door, it turns off the lights above the headboard, along with powers to the rest of outlets. So you think you’re charging your phone while sleeping, you’ll wake up with a dead phone and all your devices. You have to keep the main switch on in order to charge your devices but...

“We really like staying here. It's within walking distance of one of the downtown Tempe light-rail stations, and it is then within walking distance of restaurants and nice neighborhoods to explore. The hotel itself is clean and quiet.”

“Quick stay for ASU graduation. Really pleasant staff. Easy checkin! Room was clean and very comfortable. More amenities than we needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was decent. If we ever needed a hotel in Tempe again, first choice.”

“Room was very clean. only issue was the cloth blind. There were 2 silver clamps were on the cloth blind, we could not open them due to the clamps. Other than that room was clean.”

“Property was easy to get too. A lot of coffee shops, fast food, freeways and shopping close by. The desk lamp in the room had a short. We notified the front desk, they said they would send maintenance to our room but never did. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every other day. I was only there two nights so I never got housekeeping. Sunday morning (check out ) day there was construction right outside my room that started at 6:30am. Needless to say we checked out and left earlier than planned.”

“You get what you pay for it was a nice place to lay my head for 1 night only problem I had there was no microwave to warm my food and the refrigerator never got cold other than that everything else was good.”
