“The room needs some updates. I always think rooms need chairs r placed when they are worn to the point of having torn fabric, let's do better! Also when you provide rooms for four adults, they should have two queens at the very least, not full size beds. I was disappointed. Otherwise nice place to stay!”

“We got a room, the bed smelled like urine, the tv was not working and there was a weird smell, called reception and we were moved to a different room which was perfectly fine.”

“Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels.”

“Everything was great. We stayed for a little over a week while waiting to close on our house. We had two small dogs with us, which were difficult at times to keep quiet. Very nice hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.”

“This hotel is in a great location. It was a really clean room and very big. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be, they don't validate your parking, so I had to pay $22 a night even though I was staying at the hotel. I feel like the room cost plenty without having to pay for a parking spot as well.”
