“Loud highway noise Not enough plates, glasses, and silverwear. Wonderful eating next door.”

“The stay was amazing! Except for all the buffalo staying upstairs above me. Not sure what continously spooked them into constant stampedes... Half the night...."boom boom boom boom boom...." That was basically my only problem, overnight tho, only ONE person working so all that can be done is to call the buffalo to tell them to stop the stampedes but it wouldn't stop until 'I' did something myself. Again, other than the buffalo, the place and views are Amazing!!”

“Large king suite with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Perfect little kitchen, gas fireplace and spacious tile shower.”

“This is a basic motel type set up. We had our dog with us and they were very welcoming. They even supplied a doggie welcome basket of towel, large sheet, water bowl, waste bags & dog treats. This was very much appreciated! The kitchenette was a small fridge, microwave & electric kettle. Coffee & good quality teabags were provided. Water was available only from the bathroom sink. Curiously, there was were only 2 ceramic cups & 2 water glasses…no plates or cutlery. We did get a few paper plates...

“This hotel was charming! if you love history and antiques, this is the place for you. The 100+ year old elevator alone is worth booking this hotel. We had a beautiful bay facing view that was great! The room was period antique but not stuffy and the hotel owner Katie showed pride of ownership in all the details.”

“The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. They had a coffee maker but not a Keurig. Just for those who do keurigs instead of ground coffee. There's no conditioner for your hair, so bring your own. Only reason I didn't do five stars is because of the maid. She banged on our door really really loud at 9:00 in the morning. Then proceeded to talk very loudly outside the rooms. Otherwise, It was a good stay and would absolutely stay there again.”

“Bathroom smelled like mold. When you pull open the shower curtain there was mold across the bottom and mold on the ceiling. The staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good and kid approved. They changed it up every couple of days. The hotel design and feel is old, but to be expected for old buildings and was not a problem. The location and view was great.”

“L’hotel è carino ma la gestione è davvero assente. Il personale al desk è praticamente inesistente, il personale di sale per la colazione pure. Inoltre è una struttura storica inserita purtroppo tra grandi edifici moderni e un po’ squallidi. ”

“The room is clean. The surrounding of the hotel is well maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from the main street (Broadway St). Unfortunately, no free breakfast is offered in the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it closes on Monday, which is not mentioned anywhere. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. However, it ran out when I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay.”

“Construction was extremely loud and unpleasant. Starting at 8am each morning, my view was blocked by workers on the roof and I could overhear everything from loads of heavy materials being dropped on the roof to someone’s speaker phone calls. The location is nice but do not book until their million dollar “upgrades” are finished.”

“Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. There is no message during the booking process to tell you this...
