The view of the beach from our room was fantastic, we were directly above the prom which was great for walks to the beach or walks into town. Our room was very clean and orderly. “We had multiple issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the provided lockbox code did not work. After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one. The Wi-Fi was essentially unusable throughout our stay, making even basic use...

“The staff was excellent and we enjoyed a nice visit. The beds were very comfortable, the area was safe and quiet and close to restaurants. But the room was definitely in need of some updating. The showerhead was old, clogged and desperately needing to be replaced. The furniture was pretty beat up, our DVD player didn’t work and the curtains didn’t close all the way, leaving a foot wide gap in the middle. “Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!”
