“This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it. “Nice property! Loved being right on the river. Close to everything and all the staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lacking compared to what other hotels offer in terms of variety. We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room. “The room did not lock from outside. I felt that the staff knew about it and instead of fixing the lock keeps the room in business. Instead of going to a resto as a whole family we had to leave someone in the room and get food to go”

“The staff was welcoming, room was great, loved the pool/hot tub. Only slight complain is I could hear people upstairs and in the hallway. Probably the noisiest hotel I’ve been in, but wasn’t the end of the world. Not like there’s anything the staff can do about it, it’s how it was built. Other than that, I’d recommend staying here. It’s walking distance to everything. ”
