Hotel a St. Helens

“This property was listed as being located near Woodland, Washington. I booked it thinking I was booking a room in Woodland, Washington. But it is not in Washington at all, it is 1.5 hours away in Oregon.”

“My stay was comfortable the only thing I didn't like was the fact that expedia doesn't let you know about the $60 mandatory cash deposit and also I was woken up from my sleep at 4am by someone's barking dog I called and the front desk handled it.”

“Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...

“great value, clean and quiet. Good location. Comfortable beds. Shower head is short, I am 5 ft 7 in and it was short but fine, but it would be worse for tall people.”

“It truly was not a very clean room. There were splatters of beverages on wall by garbage can. Also, some kind of splatters on wall above desk. Behind door in bathroom had not been cleaned or swept. We got fresh towels only, no making of bed. It wasn’t a quiet place. Also, no blow dryer in room which I haven’t seen in many years.”

The shower curtain rod was a little weak and the internet was slightly unreliable, but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and there were complimentary cookies and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby which were appreciated. “My sister and I booked the Allen House for the 4th of July weekend. We loved the property and the house is absolutely stunning. If you love old historical homes it's a great find. The owners were very kind and helpful and the food was so amazing!! We loved their dog captain and the room was very cozy and cute. The only thing I would say is that it gets very warm in the room and I like to sleep in colder rooms so that was my only complaint about the stay. Everything else was a 10/10. I would...

“There was no electrical out next to the table for a computer of cell phone chargers. had to unplug the nightstand light to plug in more the one device. Toilet was not bolted down properly. (thought it was going to tip over when I sat down) When I flushed the toilet water leaked out on to the floor.”
