“The room was awful!!! The bathroom did not look as if had actually been clean. Hair all over the floors, toilet shower. Tooth paste on sink, mirror was dirty, hair in the bed sheets. Asked for a refund on second night and was suppose to have communication later in the day, and owners did not reach out. Still have not had any communication or refund. So will be following up again!”

“The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. We just took the sheet off and put an old blanket from my car on the bed. The next morning I brought the sheet to the front desk before we...

“From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff were extremely cordial and helpful. I do my fair share of traveling and there's usually one or two shining stars but here, everybody I encountered made me feel as if I was their focus.”

“Staff was so sweet, specifically the lovely lady at check-in with glasses. Room was clean, view was awesome. Food in the pub was great, just slightly expensive. Would definitely stay here again!”
