“The location is amazing with balconies looking over the beach near haystack rock. For the cost, we were a bit disappointed with the pull out couch mattress quality, but other than that the grounds were a perfect beach getaway”

“I thought I was booking a room at the historic McMenamin's Gearhart Hotel. Our room ended up being in the annex next door. I asked if I clicked to choose the annex accidentally and was told that they randomly book folks into there. I should have called to specify. Oh, I didn't know. Next time.”

“Friendly front desk staff, chowder, cookies, coffee and fruit infused water were free and delicious.”

“The room was spacious and clean. Blackout curtains were a plus. Hot breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, though a bit chatty. The only complaint I have is the noise level as our room was right next to the only (noisy, old and worn down) elevator in the building.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The room is perfect, on a smaller end but is very functional. The kitchen and the fridge were super helpful to cook healthy meals. The beds were OK comfortable. The tub is really deep and nice. Overall property is really conveniently located right next to the beach.”
