“This was a basic vintage hotel. It was comfortable and fine, but nothing to write home about. For instance, the rooms don’t have microwaves or little fridges. But the bathtub was really deep and awesome. It’s the kind you wanna get on the open ocean with a paddle and head your way to Hawaii.”

“The lobby and breakfast area are being renovated so all the pictures of the hotel first floor are fake. When we stayed, everyone had to take the breakfast to your room. The hotel and Expedia should notify guests that there is construction going on. It should NOT be a surprise when you arrive. ”

“Well, upon arriving at the hotel, I did not see any staff members except for construction workers on site. I would not have stayed there if I had known a few things beforehand. I checked in through a live person on camera, and later found out that the staff handling check-ins and check-outs were physically located in India. I just hope Super 8 has a strong protocol in place to protect guests’ personal information, since I was required to scan my ID and credit card during the check-in process.”

“The hotel is situated in the very noisy part of town. Basically the back of the building of my room was highway 101. The restaurant next to the hotel made it hard to have a parking spot by our building. In addition, one night the restaurant decided to pressure wash their roof and proceeded to do that at 11 o'clock at night. The hot tub and the pool area are cute. “Worst hotel experience in a long time. Avoid. This place is essentially a dog hotel — every room smells like it, furniture is damaged, and there’s zero separation for guests without pets. The front desk computer was down at 10PM, turning check-in into a disaster. The young employee was completely rude — no patience, no empathy for a family traveling with a toddler along the Oregon Coast. She refused our $100 cash deposit for 30 minutes, finally accepted it, then never gave a receipt. When I...

“This motor inn is newly remodeled and two blocks from the historic district. Clean and modern.”

“Front desk staff member was really helpful and nice. Worked really well with our crew. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. The halls smelled nice. The outside parking area wasn't in the best condition but that did not reflect inside. ”

“Our stay at the HolidayExpress was great . The room was clean we stayed in the room with the jacuzzi in it and it was wonderful. I use a walker and there was plenty of room for me to maneuver around the room. The jacuzzi was so relaxing after driving for 6 hours . My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much . ”
