Splendidamente moderna casa con vista sull'oceano situata a 200 passi dalla spiaggia e accesso alla spiaggia nel tranquillo cuore di Arch Cape (circa quattro miglia a sud di Cannon Beach). Sei abbastanza vicino per goderti il divertimento, i ristoranti e lo shopping di Cannon Beach e Seaside e hai ancora la tua spiaggia privata per passeggiare e fare beachcombing. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino guardando l'oceano dall'intero ponte di secondo piano con barbecue o forse rannicchiati con un buon libro accanto all'accogliente camino nel soggiorno arredato in modo confortevole. Le aree soggiorno / pranzo, cucina e bagno sono al piano superiore e offrono una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulla foresta / montagne.

La zona giorno è spaziosa e arredata con gusto con TV a schermo piatto ad alta definizione con DVD incorporato, cavo, accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità 5 G, videoregistratore, CD con docking station per iPod / stereo, videoteca, camino a legna in pietra. Cucina ben attrezzata completa di lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, elettrodomestici e un sacco di stoviglie e pentole per una "casa lontano da casa".

Il livello inferiore di questa casa sulla spiaggia luminosa e soleggiata offre tre camere da letto con letti confortevoli (una con una nuova suite matrimoniale, una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto a castello), un secondo bagno completo, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro da stiro e asse da stiro. Un nuovo comfort progettato con materasso spesso, divano letto queen-size, può ospitare fino a otto persone. La casa è perfettamente pulita prima dell'arrivo di ogni ospite. Gli ospiti ci dicono: "Ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a casa e benvenuti". Forniamo tutta la biancheria, asciugamani, biancheria da tavola, carta, sapone, prodotti per la pulizia, legna per camino, spezie da cucina di base, carte, puzzle, DVD, videoregistratore, videoteca e giochi per famiglie! Spiacente, non fumare, niente animali. Il check-in è alle 16:00 e il check-out è alle 11:00.

Amazing Stay

The location was as advertised and was just right for our family beach trip. The beaches were sandy and felt safe, something important for a mom of a toddler. The fireplace was great for cooler ocean nights and the walk to the beach was a breeze. I’d suggest bringing a wagon for easier transportation of beach supplies, but it’s such a short walk, multiple trips if needed are not a burden.

2nd time staying

This was our 2nd time renting Mike and Deb's place after two years. It is really a perfect place - Arch cape beach is every bit as beautiful as Cannon Beach, just more tranquil. You are conveniently located between Manzanita and Cannon beach which is super convenient. The house itself has a great layout with plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the view. This is our home away from home on the coast!

Wonderful, warm house a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach

We had a great stay at Seagull Landing. The house is warm, thoughtfully appointed, very comfortable, and Deb is a great communicator. Beach access is amazingly close to the house and the beach is incredible. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night in a very comfortable bed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great time at the coast!

Seagull Landing is a great choice to stay. Beautiful, clean home. Well stocked with anything we could have needed, comfortable and relaxing. It was actually the best I've slept in months! Nice easy walk to the beach, and a quick 10 minute drive in to Cannon Beach.The owners are very kind and clearly put forth extra effort to make sure you enjoy your stay!

Wonderful place!

We loved the quiet location and the proximity to the beach. The house has a great layout: all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen and living room is upstairs. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. We even made a fire in the fireplace. We will be back!

Perfect Coast Get-away

We were so pleased with every aspect. Usually photos make a property more appealing than it is. This listing is an exception. The beach views through the limbed trees better than shown in photos. Access to the beach is as described... so close. WE got sun breaks every day and just loved the beach strolls. Even during storms, it was great. This home had lots of windows in the living area and didn't lack any amenities. The wifi, house phone and cell phones didn't work upon arrival, but Deb was immediately accessible and had the service provider out to fix things within 2 hours. She followed up and checked in to make sure all was well. We really would like to return.

A lovely visit

We had a great time at the Landing. Everything we needed was there. I would add chairs that could be taken to the beach. If they were there, we couldn't find them. Loved that the table opened up for more than four as one night we had guests. thank you!

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, we enjoyed the beach and surrounding areas. The house is in an adorable area and very private neighborhood. The bunkbed bedroom is very tiny, the other bedrooms small but worked. The pullout couch in the living room needs a new mattress. Check-in was 4:00 pm but the cleaning crew was there until 6:00 pm and apparently they did not know someone was checking in that day. I did not like that the house advertises for 8 people but if you actually have 8 people you get charged an extra $60 fee. There are so many extra fees for VRBO that this did rub me the wrong way. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the house met our needs.

Quiet Retreat for Small Group with Good Beach Access

Small neighborhood of updated homes a block off of hwy101 about a 7min drive south of Cannon Beach. Bathroom, well-stocked kitchen and living room - with jigsaw puzzles ;), upstairs with deck - ocean views , most through trees. The three small bdrms are downstairs next to the front door, the laundry rm and a 2nd bathroom. Fixing a few issues ( front door deadbolt, 1st fl bathroom door - both likely due to settling) and a thorough cleaning would have made our visit even better. Overall we were very pleased with the location.

Arch Cape Vacation

Seagull Landing was ideal for our family reunion vacation, as it was a 5 minute walk to the house rented by others in the family, and the close proximity to the beautiful Arch Cape Beach.

A hidden gem in Arch Cape!

My family and I (3 kids, 4 parents) stayed at Seagull Landing for a glorious 2 weeks and it truly felt like home by the time we left. The living space was ample and comfortable with plenty of room to dine, lounge and enjoy the beautiful views from the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which allowed us to cook every night. The owner is very friendly and invested in insuring her guests' have a wonderful stay. We'll be back!
