Alcune stanze, fra cui quella assegnata (12) ha un numero di scalini difficile da affrontare per una persona anziana o con qualche difficoltà di deambulazione. La adulta mancanza del parcheggio e l’ubicazione dell’hotel in zona pedonale richiede maggiori informazioni preventive. Colazione molto ricca di prodotti locali di qualità.”

“A great hotel in Chania! The communication with the host was great - quick responses and very friendly. The suite itself was beautiful, very clean and spacious! The beds and couch were super comfortable as well, felt very relaxed here. The only downside to the area is that it faces a school, and during the week is pretty loud most of the morning into the afternoon. “We loved our stay at Riviera Suites. It was like new and very clean and impeccably finished. Also super convenient to everything in the harbor. The view of the Harbor was amazing. Not a complaint, but you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall a fantastic experience. ”

Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful.
