“Hotel posizionato lungo la strada per le Niagara Falls ma troppo distante da loro. Molto poco pulito, lenzuola macchiate banco non pulito (sporcizia nei angoli e sopra il lavandino). Caffè già aperto. ”

“Nice spacious suites for traveling with kids. Loved that the hotel had coffee/ tea always available, very nice breakfast included and we loved the pool. Our room had a slightly odd smell during our 4 night stay - maybe a pet had stayed directly before us? Beds were comfortable, pillows very soft but the bedding felt a bit cheap. We had room cleaned once during our stay and was only so-so, the pullout bed wasn't made, sheets were left all bunched up. Overall would stay again when in the area,...

“The heater/AC unit in room 306 was old & noisy and didn't work well. It had to be on all night, so plenty of noise while sleeping”

“Plenty on parking, room was clean and spacious, perfect for a our one night stay. ”

“Very unkept building, hallways and rooms. The ceiling was falling down in the hallways and room. The bathtub was crack and pipes to water handles in the tub were exposed. The beds were stained and had cigarette burns and the toilet had a loogie spit in it. Extremely large pot holes in the parking lot. If I could rate it zero, I would. Staff was friendly and did provide a refund with no issues. ”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“The owner was great. At check in we were told if we had any problems just ring the bell no matter what time and she would assist us. We had a problem with the remote and she brought us a new one. She said if we couldn’t get the tv to work she would move us to another room. We did get it working. Then it was raining one day and she brought me an old towel to dry my puppy off after we would go out. ”
