“Good location to what I was in Wilmington for. The room was clean & hotel was very quiet @ night. The front desk person did a fabulous job given how busy it was & she was the only one manning the check ins & phone! Friendly staff of those I encountered.”

“Room had a mildew odor, TV only had 26 channels, Air Conditioner/Heating system was not working properly, no phone landlind in the room. The whole 1st floor hallway had a stinky odor. Felt very uncomfortable in the room. Weird sounds all night long. Seemed more like a shelter for homeless individuals. ”

“The hotel was horrible!!!!! Strange people were lurking in the hallways & weird smell in hallway. I wouldn’t recommend any one to stay here. I tried to cancel the rest of my stay an apparently if you book through a third party you can’t cancel the rest of your stay if you are unsatisfied with the establishment .”
