Renovated 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom cottage in the heart of Avery's Creek, Arden area of South Asheville, NC. Super convenient to I-26/Biltmore Park, Sierra Nevada Brewing, the Asheville Airport, Dupont and Pisgah National Forests, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Bent Creek. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with free cable/WiFi, free parking and washer and dryer. Safe area with security camera on site. There's a good chance you'll see a white squirrel running through the yard as you chill on the back deck.

Friends get away

This was a wonderful home to stay in. Perfect for a couple or friends. It has everything we needed and was very nice and clean. I had a few questions and Michael was very quick to respond.

Great Place

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Very clean, up to date, new looking inside. Quiet neighborhood, some of the other houses could use some attentions, but this one was A+ and would definitely return!

Cute Cottage

This property is adorable. It has everything you need. The location is close to Asheville and Brevard. It is stocked with everyday items needed such as coffee, detergent, soap, and extra towels. Finding the white squirrels hidden throughout the cottage was fun. We will recommend to family and friends.

Excellent Location

Cute house. Clean. All the supplies you would need for a short stay. Good communication with property owner. Easy check in, check out. Close to all the activities we wanted near the parkway and only a short drive to downtown Asheville. We had a great time and would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location with outdoor space

This home was a perfect size/location for our (mother/daughter) purposes of visiting the Biltmore Estate and Asheville. The owners have done wonderful updates and we particularly enjoyed having dinner and beverages out on the deck each evening. Hope to be able to rent this place again next time we visit.

Young family of 6 (+1): Asheville adventure!

Our family made a two day, one night trip to explore Asheville, and this was a great spot for is to rest between adventures. The location is very convenient to the main roads and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in the Asheville area in 15-20 minutes or less. Mike is a very responsive and helpful host, and the place was very clean and comfortable. It was a little snug for the 6 of us, but worked out just fine. We also added a baby to the group, to make it 7, and there was plenty of room in the bedroom for a bassinet or pack’n’play. The kitchen is nicely updated and the neighborhood is quiet. We even got to see a couple of white squirrels in the morning! Thanks for a great stay Mike!

Perfect little house

The White Squirrel was perfect for my family of 4. Very clean and homey feeling. Mike was very nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. Nice location, close to stores and restaurants but not right in the middle in a busy road. Would def stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect for small group

This property perfectly fit my party’s needs. The home was very clean and very comfortable. The beds and couch were great. Despite the house being two bedrooms and one bath it felt very spacious. The owners left several small touches for guests such as a sound machine, plenty of teas and coffee, and linens. Will definitely be staying again

Don't hesitate to book!

The house is very clean, beds are very comfortable, surprised they provided k-cups, cream, sugar and hot chocolate as well as cold filters water in the fridge. TV works great and easy to use. Living room furniture was very comfortable. The white squirrels were an added joy. Book now, we will return!

You get what you see

We absolutely adored this little house! Plenty of space, washer and dryer available, tucked in the woods but not too far from larger towns. Clean, cute and exactly what we needed for 5 of us to get ready for a wedding!! We will be back!

Adorable, clean, and convenient!

Mike’s cottage was the perfect midpoint between Asheville and the DuPont & Pisgah forests for our long weekend stay. Check-in process was smooth, the decor is modern and clean, and there was plenty of room. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Place to Relax

We had an incredibly relaxing and lovely stay at Mike's property. The property is exactly as it was described in the listing. The beds were comfortable; the house was immaculately clean with plenty of extra towels and linen; the neighborhood was quiet; and there was an abundance of wildlife around to enjoy watching during our morning coffee outside on the back porch. The property is only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Mike was a very accommodating host, who was quick to respond to any messages. If you are looking for a peaceful place away from the tourists, this would be a nice place for you.
