Just 15 minutes from downtown, this spacious 3-story villa offers a great mix of relaxation, entertainment, and mountain charm. From the private top-floor master suite with a steam room and balcony to the lower-level Ashevillopoly game room and theater, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Propane tank: The propane tank is managed on an honor system, as usage levels can vary and it is not always possible to determine when it has run out. WILDLIFE
It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but it's best to exercise reasonable precaution. Recommend leaving car doors locked and peek out before stepping outside. Make sure not to leave trash or food outside unattended.
