“Hotel is under full construction. Concrete hammer drilling goes all day until 6pm. Staff don’t care. I called the front desk about it and they said that it was mentioned on their website. There was mention of it whatsoever. There’s dirty boot prints tracked from the construction area through the lobby and out the front door. Construction workers use the front entrance as a smoke pit. Business centre and restaurant are treated to non stop concrete drilling all day. All hotel amenities are closed....

“Check in staff tried repeatedly to get us to take a 1 king bed with a cot even though he was acknowledged we had booked 2 queens, and we maintained we wanted what we had booked. (We did eventually get it correctly)
Hotel seemed run down, and generally didn't smell great.
Fitness center was ample, and the room itself was decent.
Would have expected to pay less for this hotel experience.”

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. I had requested a room on the second floor, and the hotel kindly accommodated my preference.
A special mention goes to Yasin at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He greeted us with a warm smile and even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. His kindness and professionalism really made a great first impression.
I also have to mention the restaurant. Now I understand why...

“I am absolutely horrified on the filth in this hotel. After seeing the dirt and grime in the elevator, the dirty carpets in the hallway and the room - Sheets were grey, stained, pulled the sheet off to look at the mattress and there wasn’t even a mattress pad cover and the mattress was old and dirty looking. I didn’t stay. Front desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t comfort me because I booked through an outside source . Very dissatisfied..”
