“Wonderful holiday! Once you arrive you can stay inside the whole time. There’s a hall to the mineral pool and a restaurant in the building and gift shop! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.”

The rooms feel clean and fresh. I would say the rooms could potentially be incrementally cleaner, however I do residential cleaning for a living and tend to notice things most people might not (dust on an obscure surface or streaks on a mirror for example) and being aware they have a lot of rooms to clean, I do not expect...

“You can tell this property is well managed and cared for. Little things like having a staff member attend the waterslide for safety are appreciated. Room was as expected, clean. Breakfast was pretty standard continental, honestly could have a bit more variety (no berries for the waffles for example) but that’s nitpicking. It’s a good hotel, and I’d stay there again.”

“It was a nice updated hotel. The cable TV was clear, Nespresso machine, shampoo smelled nice and the room came with slippers which was a nice touch. There was no hand lotion or coffee in the lobby though which differs from other similar tiered hotels. However, it's just the trade offs between different hotels. ”

“The walls are made of cardboard. Doors slamming all night long and can hear everything those in other rooms are staying in. Needles and empty’s were littered around the property. ”

“Chose this hotel for location in proximity to an event we were attending. Check in was easy - staff friendly. Room was very spacious but it was a bit odd having two doors to the room. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated and corners could be cleaner. Breakfast was ok - it’s enough to get you going in the morning. Overall we were pleased with our stay and I would stay again. ”
