“Clean room. No noise. Room service was great. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were not vacuumed and there were some beetles in the bathroom. Also somewhat dated. Staff was very nice.”

“Room was very clean, plenty of parking except during lunch and supper (two restaurants in the same building). However, its very convenient. We tried both restaurants during out stay. Chop is by far the better of them two, a bit pricey but worth every penny”

“All good. Breakfast is interesting spin. If included in room then you have only 3 choices and pay extra for the coffee. À la carte menu available but no buffet. This can be improved.”

“Hot tub is nice. Love the pool side rooms. The only downside is that it all shuts down at 9. That’s too early. ”

“The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. Enjoyed the hot springs a lot. They are doing a Reno to the facilities so that is good. Carpets had some tears and stains. Furniture had a broken edge and sink cracked. Small things, but it was clean. In house dinning was a bit expensive compared to the quality of the food. Lots of places to eat that you can walk to. Also enjoyed a walk to the tunnels, only a couple of blocks away.”

“The breakfast is really good. Well stocked and lots of options. My kids love the "pancake printer". The pool was decent, clean, and lots of towels, but hot tub is pretty small. The gym is kind of sad, though. Two treadmills, one of which was broken, and only one weight bench. I recommend getting rid of the broken treadmill, add some more free weights, and a way to clean the equipment when you're finished using it.”

“The carpet throughout the rooms and halls are very old and feel unclean. The pool area definitely needs some TLC. It had stuff floating in the one pool, when we brought it to staffs attention, they were quick with grabbing a net to collect the mess. But the pool area itself is very run down and dirty. Staff was extremely kind. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a coffee bar and restaurant available for convenience. Over all staff is great but hotel is very tired looking for the...
