“ it was not disclosed until after we checked in that the pool was out of service. We specifically booked there because of the pool for our kids as we were in town for a dance festival. In the future a poster at the front desk would have been appreciated so i didn't have to switch hitels after the first day.”

“Lovely large room off the pool. Kids thought that was the coolest. Comfortable beds. Had a great sleep. Room and bathroom were clean. Attendants only missed cleaning out the fridge from the guests before. Only thing that we would've liked, to be able to login into the Netflix. TV had the app but was unavailable for use.”

“The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again. ”
