“Room was nice, clean, everything was good”

“Parking was fine. The only issue we see the problem with ventilation in the rooms. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom that makes the room smell for obvious reasons after using the washroom. ”

“Had a great stay overall. One suggestion for the breakfast menu: it would be nice to include additional protein options, such as sausages. During our visit, the only protein available was boiled eggs, though this may have just been specific to that day. I’ve visited some of their locations before, and they offered a wider variety of protein choices, which made the breakfast experience even better. ”

“Our room was excellent and it met everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the room was very quiet. The pool was great, and the pool area was clean, and the towels were very clean as well The restaurant basically sucked at best. It took five minutes before anyone came to the front to see us at a table. The waitress for friendly, but the food sucked and definitely overpriced for the quality in which it was served. ”

“The experience was disappointing. I booked a suite for our 40th anniversary and expected a sitting area with fireplace, leather couch and armchair as depicted. My wife especially wanted a pool. There was no mention anywhere during booking or at checkin that the room was no longer as advertised and the pool had been out of commission for scheduled upgrades. There was no indication in the pricing details that there is an additional $16.75 per night for parking. The staff did remove the parking...

“The hottub had things floating in it and the water was so dirty it had a thick layer of film on top. ”

“Checked in, first time at hotel, staff didn’t even show me the direction I was to go. I had to ask. He was nice enough but staff should always ask. Have you stay with us before and if it’s someone’s first time go over the amenities ”

“The day staff and security were amazing. They should be retraining the night staff. Especially one in particular who acts like a guest is just another nuisance off the street - I was floored by his attitude. Not to mention his blatant disregard for safety. Never again. ”

“Chose this hotel for location in proximity to an event we were attending. Check in was easy - staff friendly. Room was very spacious but it was a bit odd having two doors to the room. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a bit dated and corners could be cleaner. Breakfast was ok - it’s enough to get you going in the morning. Overall we were pleased with our stay and I would stay again. ”
