“Great hotel! Large room, very clean, easy parking, great staff. Lots of menu options for breakfast and lunch. They do have special brunch on sunday and lunch buffets Monday to Friday also. Didn’t use this time but there is an airport shuttle. Only thing that wasn’t 5* was pool cleanliness and didn’t have a hot tub. ”

“The geothermal mineral water pool, staff, and the food were the best parts of this stay. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The rooms are very dated and worn out. The bed was rock hard, and there is no thermostat to control the room temperature, so it was either too hot or too cold the entire time. The shower had very high water pressure, but the curtain did not fit properly and kept sticking to me while I showered. It also left a large amount of water all over the bathroom...

“Lighting in room needs improvement. Only overhead lights no individual lamps. A second trash can would be nice especially when eating in room. Breakfast was included at neighbouring restaurant which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However it was late opening and we ended up eating and paying elsewhere as we needed to get on the road. ”

“Property was clean but dated. Check in staff were helpful. The thrrmostat in the room was not working. The room just kept getting hotter through the night. Very difficult to sleep when it is that hot. When I checked out in the morning and reported the heat problem the check out staff said sorry....and that was it. No compe sation for psying to lose a night's sleep. Very disappointed. ”
