“This property was very clean, comfortable and in a great location with a shopping center, hospital and the Larkspur Ferry nearby. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. This is a very minimalistic hotel. “It was a very nice stay. The beds and pillows were really nice and comfortable. It's older, but it has it's charm. It's right next to the freeway and you can hear the cars, but otherwise it was very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I wish it had was bedside lamps. Otherwise our room was had two rooms, one for each bed and I really liked that. The managers were very nice and helpful as well. ”

“It’s got perfect coastal vibes with the architecture nestling the rooms in different orientations on different levels connecting them with manageable steps as though the whole Casa was designed in an Escher painting. The room was super cozy and comfortable and the food in the restaurant downstairs, Poggio’s was exquisite! Great waiting staff! Some curt (possibly towards melanin(?)) than others but overall phenomenal service! ”

“The hotel location was fantastic due to the easy walkable access to the ferry to SF. In addition, the hotel location was quiet, safe and accessible to nearby shops for dining, coffee, deserts and much more with just a short walk across the street from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon for a weekend getaway.”

“The thing we want to report is about breakfast. Despite was included ( therefore paid for it), was practically in existent, absolutely poor. Even any table where to sit down. The rooms were OK, but I would report the bad smell in the room, perhaps due to dirty and old carpet. ”

“While this charming little boutique hotel was quaint, the check in process was weird because there is no front desk nor staff. They leave a key in an envelope on a side table in a hallway next to an open door for the restaurant people. Room was clean. Toilet leaked when you flushed, shower wall needed to be replaced but they did have everything you need. Extra blankets, pillows, fans in your room. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was mediocre but we found a cute restaurant for breakfast....

“If you're looking for a unique boutique hotel in Marin, this is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very comfortable and the inn keeper, Enos, is a great and accommodating host!
