“This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend”

“和の雰囲気の綺麗な建物でスタッフの方々も親切丁寧な対応で館内バリアフリーでスリッパも履かないのが開放的で居心地が凄く良かったです。 温泉もとても気に入りました。 硫黄の香りプンプンで…これぞ草津って感じでした 1泊の滞在で温泉には5回程入りに行くくらい寛げました（笑） 食事も大満足…夕飯のフリードリンクや夜のラーメン等、余計な出費がないのも魅力でした。 湯畑へのシャトルバス等、サービス満点です。 敢えてあげるなら駐車場からフロントまでの階段…雰囲気は凄く良いのですがキャリーケースを転がせるスロープが欲しいなと思いました。 また是非利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。 ”

“Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy. We reserved a 45 mins private onsen for 3200 yen. It was well worth it! The room was roomy and clean. It has a private shower and bathroom....

“This is a lovely 'boutique hotel' in an absolutely beautiful part of the area north of Nakanojo near Lake Okushima. I wanted a truly Japanese place and I got it. Few, if any, 'foreigners' in the area. I was provided a bike and road around for 3 hours. The owner is a beautiful, kind lady and her and her staff treated me like a king. I had a room with a private hot spring pool - all I can say is "wow". If you want to see a place off the beaten track, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“毎年数回、自然の多い北軽井沢が好きで訪れています。こちらの施設は初めて滞在しました。ゴルフ場の宿泊施設という事でしたが、想像していたより、全てが良かったです。フレンチイタリアンコースを頂きましたが、お料理は素材の美味しさを生かして、どれも本当に素晴らしかったです。失礼ながらまさか、こんなに美味しいものが頂けるとは思っていませんでした。スタッフは皆さん、誇りを持ってお仕事をされているようでした。ゴルフをされるお客様方が満足されるような、重厚な調度品や海外のリゾートのような雰囲気、そして素晴らしいお料理でした。私達のような、ゴルフをしないゲストも数組いて、朝食もゴルフ客さんと少し時間がずれていてゆっくり出来ました。ちょうど朝食を頂いている頃、皆さんは既にスタートしていました。360度、山と緑に囲まれてとても素晴らしい滞在になりました。また戻ってきます、と言うような居心地の良さでした。北軽井沢は観光地でもないですが、軽井沢で観光してホテルのバスで送迎もして頂けるようです。お値段以上の素晴らしい滞在をご希望でしたら、ぜひ一度訪れてみてください。”
