“Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. “共立リゾートなので期待して行ったけど、お風呂ぬるめ、ご飯は冷たい、あれ？ってなる所多かった… 場所は湯畑より少し離れているので静かで、また部屋も綺麗で良かったが、メインの料理、お風呂に少しガッカリでした！ ただ部屋風呂は暖かくて良かったです☺️ アメニティもっと揃えてたらいいなぁと思いました💦”

“駐車場の案内に出てきてくださったり、周辺施設をご案内していただいたり、とても親切なお宿でした。 ただ、エクスペディアの素泊まり予約で、浴衣タオルが別でした。日本の宿泊施設で浴衣とタオルがないことを想定していなかったので、びっくりしたし、少しこまりました。ベッドのお部屋に泊まりましたが、スプリングが気になり深く眠れなかったので、感覚花瓶な方には向かないかもしれません。”

“Great quality food and Onsen. Very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is a quick walk to the Yubetake and main shopping street. We got new yukata and night clothes each day. ”

“ロケーションは湯畑に近くよかった。 部屋には風呂がないためかアメニティは必要最低限。風呂は大浴場とは程遠い4人が精一杯。だから入場制限で4人にしてあった。”

“禁煙のはずなのに喫煙スペース？あがり、灰皿に吸殻も置きっぱなし、匂いも、、 写真とは見た目も違うし、部屋風呂は床もガタガタで、温泉ではないですよね、、 料理も遅いと冷めてしまってメインも無くなってしまうし。 よかった点は大浴場の利用時間が長かったところかな、、 ライブキッチンのお肉は美味しかったです。 値段と見合っていない、、 次は行かないと思います。”
