“Registration took an hour in a construction zone. We stood in a long line waiting for five front desk staff when there should have been ten. They sent us to a smokey room that hadn’t been cleaned. Back to registration for another 20 minutes. I had to recite the same answers to the manager that I’d just given to the staff at registration. I had to modify my length of stay and front desk staff were not knowledgeable about modifying a reservation. Four associates didn’t know what they were doing...

“This lodging is a great place to stay!! The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew are very helpful and friendly. Our room provided everything we needed for a restful night including a very comfortable bed. It’s a great value for the price and a regular spot for us when we are in the Minneapolis metro area.”

“The location to the Amphitheater was perfect. When I arrived the room smelled a little musty and the floor felt damp. I struggled with the WiFi, it didn’t work well for me. The bathtub in my room was gross, there were no other rooms available or I would have changed rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful.”

“All front desk staff were pleasant. We had a plumbing challenge and they were on top of it. Breakfast was good and high quality. The bed was good as was the sofa bed. Would stay there again.”
