“One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions.”

“Room had a bad smell to it. Couch in the room was stained and worn with holes in it. Staining in the bath tub.”

“Abysmal hotel. Everything was dirty. The room was in awful shape. Damages, missing floor (literal hole in the floor), cobwebs on the ceiling, hole in the door, extremely dark, the curtains wouldn’t close all the way, and the bathroom vent didn’t work at all. We left after the first night and got a room elsewhere. Very clear that whoever is in charge of the hotel doesn’t actually go into the hotel AT ALL.”

“The room was dirty and smoke alarm didn't work. They switched us to a room and the AC didn't work. Had to wait for maintenance to fix it. Terrible stay. Staff tried to help but seemed short staffed.”

“For the budget we were on this hotel was above all my expectations. It's located perfect on main road with every restaurant, fast food, gas stations and with in walking distance to the main park on the river. The staff was better then I have ever had this was our 4th hotel this year and this is the one I would go back too. Even if it was out of the way. The staff was amazing kind, and wanted to help us with anything. The AC worked perfectly even in the 90 heatwave. There is no pool but it is...

“Smelled horrific towels were dirty just not what was described online.”

“The room was dirty(examples: stained towels and blankets, hair in the bath tub and under the bed sheets.) wifi didn’t reach or work in my room. Window was gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in a while. Breakfast seemed to be nonexistent. Fruit and some granola bars. If i hadnt been told because i booked online and was unable to change my reservation i would have checked out after the first of my 3 nights”
