Hotel vicino a Firemen's Park - Minneapolis - St. Paul

“The room was dirty(examples: stained towels and blankets, hair in the bath tub and under the bed sheets.) wifi didn’t reach or work in my room. Window was gross and looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in a while. Breakfast seemed to be nonexistent. Fruit and some granola bars. If i hadnt been told because i booked online and was unable to change my reservation i would have checked out after the first of my 3 nights”

“Only had 1 towel and a bath mat when we checked in. As soon as I asked for a couple more, the gentleman was on it and took very good care of us.”

“No serious complaints regarding the property or staff. The only thing I found was that the hot tub could’ve been cleaned a little better. That was really about it. Everything else was very good!!”

“Very clean, and quiet, the only thing I didn't like was the overpowering smell of bleach in the sheets. I have a scent sensitivity this irritates my sinuses. If I stay again I would bring my own pillowcases and sheets, to avoid the irritation.”

“One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions.”

“This was a good hotel but we expected more for the price. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room didn't have a microwave or coffee maker, and the breakfast was very limited especially for my husband who has celiac disease and cannot have wheat.”

“For the budget we were on this hotel was above all my expectations. It's located perfect on main road with every restaurant, fast food, gas stations and with in walking distance to the main park on the river. The staff was better then I have ever had this was our 4th hotel this year and this is the one I would go back too. Even if it was out of the way.
