“Ottima struttura, personale gentilissimo, parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel. Camera ampia e comoda, silenziosa, con ottime dotazioni (phon, frigo, macchinetta da caffè americano), bagno con doccia comoda e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Wifi veloce, per essere a Maui ha anche un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.”

“The rooms were large with plenty of room for storage. Microwave and refrigerator were very handy. It was close to stores so we could have food for breakfast or snacks to avoid eating out every meal. Cafe had good food and a nice setting. Both pools were comfortable and well maintained. Two spas were nice along with a shallow pool for children. We were a large family group and were able to bring in food and eat at the pool area. Pool bar had good drinks as well as dinner available. Free laundry...

“Struttura come da descrizione. Pulita e con piscina usufruibile sino alle 8:30 della sera. Mare accessibile direttamente dalla struttura. Bagno ampio e cucina attrezzata sufficientemente. Sarebbe stato bello avere a disposizione piccoli condimenti come sale, zucchero e pepe per chi come noi soggiorna per pochi giorni. Disponibile lavanderia, ma senza possibilità di macchina cambia monete o pagamento con carte. Area barbecue bordo piscina fantastica. A pochi passi il costal trail. ”

“Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.”

Alla reception si sono rimpallati le responsabilità, infine hanno lasciato a noi l’onere di contattare il manager telefonicamente che ha riconosciuto l’errore e gentilmente ci ha concesso un late check out. ”
