“Terrible”

“What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. “Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...
