“We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's condo! He had very clear and instructive communications throughout the entire process and provided great recommendations for things to do/places to eat/what to see around the island. Location was great and we loved the pool and easy beach access (turtles right across the street at the beach!). The condo had everything we needed and more! We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend!”

“First of all. The host gave me not one. But two! Wrong pick up addresses. Causing me to waste 3 Ubers. And then they have the audacity to charge me for the picking me up at the wrong location. And the end of 5 days of rental I noticed bed bug bites on myself. It could be from the tent or even the vehicle seats. Made a complaint and the host/ Expedia refuse to take accountability. Don’t recommend. You’re better off renting a suv and buying a cheap tent. Not impressed. ”

“Overall a 4/5 experience! I would stay here again without a doubt. Simple check-in process, attentive host, great ocean views, and a well equipped condo. The only drawback I can think of was in regards to some of the aging furnishings. ”

“We found the house to be comfortable and well stocked. Had everything we needed. But the place is NOT AT ALL AS PICTURED in your post. There was only a sliver of a view of the bay from the lanai, and a pretty good one from inside. Truth in advertising. ”

“Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: one bedroom condo, one split unit for A/C in the living room at the other end of the condo from bedroom. split unit was very tired and never cooled off the bedroom. ended up sleeping on the terrible sofa bed.”
