“There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving.
The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. ”

“This is a charming boutique hotel which just happened to be super-convenient location-wise for the Cycle to the Sun race event. Right next to the bike shop that organized the event and close to the start line. It also has access to a beautiful beach and is smack in the middle of Paia town with plenty of food and shopping options.”

“Paia Inn was a perfect spot to stay. It was centrally located for all the places we visited. Honestly, my mornings were the best because of the nespresso bar! Hotels rarely have good coffee- that was a huge bonus.”

“Rooms are very basic and need a deep cleaning. We had a lizard and a dead roach in the middle of the room. Furniture,lamps, door and windows were pretty dusty. Amenities not on a 5 stars level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outside areas, very relaxing and quiet. We did not have the time to use the pool or join any calssss.”

Ci hanno fatto trovare un bel cesto pieno di cose da mangiare per la colazione e in frigo frutta fresca tagliata, cereali, yogurt e latte. Presenti anche macchina del caffè e microonde. Condizionatore e tanti altri confort come materiale da spiaggia e teli mare. Unica pecca, bisogna comunicare ogni giorno entro mezzogiorno cosa manca per la colazione.

“the external part of the hotel is nice but inside really bad, rooms with a musty smell, dirty, with ants, sheets that seem used, staff at the entrance who do not greet. One morning at 8 they had to do some construction and they made a lot of noise, no signs, no apologies. The only positive note: free water dispenser to fill water bottles.”

“It is a very nice property, that is very clean, friendly, and beautiful!! The staff is wonderfull! They have a courtesy van to drop you off and pick you up. Pools are very nice and laid back. Beach is across the road, short walk.
