“Room smelled horrible. The sofas looked so nasty and just hideous thus not even a thought sitting on them. The bed sheets were also nasty with visible disgusting stains on them. Even the additional blanket on top of closet had disgusting stains.
We asked them to replace the sheets, and just based on the immediate attitude of personnel was obvious they were not going to do anything about it. They said they would, but with an undertone that it was evident it was just a response to make us go...
