“Hôtel impecable juste après TAM COC, tout se fait parfaitement en grab !! Nous avions la villa avec piscine privée, un havre de paix silencieux !! Nous avons adoré !! Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais mais nous arrivions parfaitement à nous comprendre !! On recommande ++”

“This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. DAT who was so kind to us, the day we checked out we left pur bags there and went hiking, and when we came back he was so kind that he even gave us a clean room to clean our shoes and wash ourselves,...

“Stayed in one of the junior bungalows with the stone clad internal walls and marble floor. It was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was a simple affair, omelette, cakes , bread . Coffee variable . Normally breakfast served in outside but covered area but on one particularly wet morning it was served in the upstairs restaurant which looked like it could have done with a good clean . Staff friendly and proactive Good location a few kms out of town . Nice cycling routes nearby”

“We had an amazing two-night stay! The family running the homestay is incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. The room was great, and we loved spending time by the pool. The food was delicious, and having bike rentals on-site was the perfect way to explore the town. Highly recommend!”

“The stay was exceptional. I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back. The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great”

“I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Clean room, spectacular location, absolutely fantastic family. They were very accommodating when I showed up earlier than expected when I was supposed to show up at 6am coming off a sleeper bus from Hanoi, but instead took a tour the day before that dropped me off in Tam Coc at 9pm (I paid for the entire night just so I wouldn't have to wait to check in).”

“The couple who run this homestay are so nice and accommodating. They greeted us right as we stepped out of the van and helped with our luggage. He communicated with us via translator. There are bike to use for free and they make a wonderful breakfast of your choice daily. Anything we needed they were willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely would stay with them again. They also have some very friendly kitties. ”

“The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place...
