“The room was dirty, with hair all over the floors. There were scratches and chipped paint on the walls, and the furniture was banged up and looked old. The elevator was not working for trips down, so I had to take the stairs. On the positive side, the location was convenient and easily accessible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good customer service.”

“I had a pleasant stay at Winchester Inn & Suites Humble/IAH/North Houston. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing easy access to the airport. Overall, it offers great value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Our TV did not work in our room the whole weekend we were there. We reported it on Friday night when we checked in and it was supposed to have been fixed on Saturday but they never did anything about it. On Sunday all they said was sorry. The bathroom door was so heavy I could barely slide it and got stuck in the bathroom. I had to be helped by a family member out of the bathroom”

“I can't write a review the stay didn't happen as my booking was cancelled I had 2 Expedia bookings both cancelled I only found out when I arrived and had to pay an extra 100 dollars to rebook and stay”

“Great new hotel comfortable and clean. Very good value for money. Being close to the Airport it does not offer much in the way of restaurants or shops in walking distance, but we knew before booking. ”
